Stage 0 · How AI Act Ready works with clients

Client communication: clear, calm and non-alarmist

Communicate risk without frightening or overwhelming the client.

Learn

Lead with the business decision the client needs to make, then explain the governance implication in plain English.

Avoid presenting every AI issue as catastrophic. Distinguish immediate red flags, material remediation items and lower-priority maturity improvements.

Use concise language: what we found, why it matters, what evidence is missing, what should happen next and who owns it.

Remember
  • •Prioritise, do not dramatise.
  • •Explain consequences without threatening the client.
  • •Always pair a finding with a practical next step.
Client practice

Explain a missing AI inventory to a non-technical COO in under 60 seconds.
