Start with discovery and a living AI inventory. For each system capture use case, intended purpose, vendor/provider, deployment geography, affected people, data, business owner and technical owner.
Then map legal role and exposure, classify risk, identify applicable obligations, record gaps, request evidence and assign remediation actions.
The output should be an evidence-backed package: inventory, rationale, gap analysis, actions, owners, target dates and executive readout.
