Lead AIMS assurance and management-level review activities.

Management review should consider system performance, audit results, changes, risk, resources and opportunities for improvement.

Follow actions through to closure and verify that decisions changed the operating system where required.

Remember
  • •Audit for effectiveness as well as paperwork.
  • •Management review must produce decisions/actions.
  • •Follow-up matters.
